To enhance working relationships with Hispanic American employees of the New York area Police, Corrections, Firefighters, Peace Officers, First Responders and all other New York Law          Enforcement Agencies not mentioned.

 To advocate for those Hispanic American Officers that have been disenfranchised throughout their careers. 

 To develop relationships with Law Enforcement, 

Local Officials and Community Leaders to ensure that our voices are heard and that decisions are made that reflect the demographic community areas that we serve.

   To Build Trust between the Community and the youths in the areas in which we serve.
